All plans include support for issues that arise between cycles. Response time depends on your plan — 48 hours (Basic), 24 hours (Standard), same-day (Premium). Emergency issues like site-down or hacks are prioritised regardless of plan.
Yes. WooCommerce maintenance requires extra care with payment gateway compatibility and order data. We cover WooCommerce under our Standard and Premium plans, or as a custom scope.
WordPress admin access and hosting control panel (cPanel or equivalent). We use secure credential storage and never share access details. You can revoke access at any time.
